Weekly Men's, Ladies', Mixed, & Junior Leagues

We have a complete spectrum of curling leagues, from fun and relaxed to very competitive. Whether you want to win the Provincials or you just want to play and socialize, we have a league for you. We offer 20% off membership rates for your first season, as well as a fun and educational learn to curl program if you’ve never curler before or want to “brush” up your skills.

New to Curling?

We offer a fun and engaging Learn to Curl Program for adults who have never curled before or are looking to “brush” up their skills. The Learn to Curl Program runs for six weeks and includes two grippers (don’t worry — we’ll tell you all about grippers in no time!). It’s a great to way to learn the game and meet new fellow curlers. To learn more, see our registration package or email Adam Frederick (adam@southmuskoka.com).

Men's

Monday, 5:15pm

This is a dinner league with most of the curlers enjoying a post-game dinner on the last Monday of each draw. Dinner is not mandatory nor is it included in membership fees. Entry is by team and the league is currently full.

Mondays @ 7:45pm

This is an individual sign up league with teams changed 2 to 3 times throughout the season. A great league for new curlers, and a way to meet and curl with several different players over the year. 

Tuesday 8:30pm

The Men’s Recreational League is a fun league and a great place for new curlers. All teams qualify for year-end play-downs. Entry is by 4-man team. Contact the drawmaster who is usually aware of teams needing to add players.

The Wednesday Men’s Tag Draw is a fun and social pick-up league.

Ladies'

Tuesday’s 1:00pm

A league for women that supports both the social and recreational aspects of curling. Skill level ranges from novice to experienced. Enter as an individual with teams for the three draws set by the Drawmaster. Sign up for all three draws or the ones that fit your individual schedules. Women from all other curling leagues are encouraged to sign up as a spare.

A great ladies league with teams generally changed 3 times through the course of the season and trophies for each draw.

This is a great social league with most players staying for dinner following play once monthly.

A great afternoon pick-up league open to all adults. New teams each week. Come out and play!

This is a team entry league, so round up your foursome for the season.

This is our most competitive league, and teams may be any combination of men and women.

A great 6-end introductory league for new curlers. This is a league that nicely balances the social and competitive aspects of the game. Teams are changed 2 or 3 times through the season– a great way to make new friends.

Juniors

Age 6-9

Sundays 3:00pm to 4:00pm

This program will provide participants with an introduction to the sport of curling in a fun and engaging manner. Two sessions: Nov. 5 to Dec. 10 and Jan. 14 to Feb. 18.

Age 10-18

Sundays 3 to 4pm

This program is designed for graduates of Learn to Curl. Participants will learn to further develop delivery and brushing skills, introduction of game strategy, and develop teams to play in house league. Two sessions: Nov. 5 to Dec. 10 and Jan. 14 to Feb. 18.
